How to register for the NETECH Support Portal

1. Click on the ‘Register’ link in the top-right of the page
2. Enter your username (which should be your email address), an easy-to-remember password for your new account on the NETECH support portal. Note that your password must contain a number. Once that is complete, please click ‘Complete Registration’.
3.  Once you have registered for an account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. If it is not in your inbox, check your junk email folder. Once you have found an email from noreply@netech.biz, click on “Verify Email Address”:
 
 
4. After verifying your email address, you will be taken to the home page. This is where you will have full access to the NETECH support portal - including  access to our knowledge base troubleshooting articles, and the ability to log a support ticket for repair and service estimates, IT support or other technology concerns.
