How to Set Auto Replies if it Cannot be Set from within Outlook
Before you can use this procedure you will need the following pieces of information from your IT Support.
Open Internet Explorer and browse to the following link:
Click Continue to this website (not recommended)
Enter your DOMAIN\Username and Windows password.
You have now logged onto Outlook Web Access (OWA).
At the top right hand side of the screen click on Options
In the Options on the left hand side you will see “Out of Office Assistant”.
Click on this link and you can set your Out of Office Times and Rules
Make sure you click Save to Finish at the top.
Then Log Off the OWA at the Top Right.
