Setting up an Outlook 2010/2013/2016 email account for domain users
 
 
For Outlook 2010 & Outlook 2013
 
1. Open Outlook. You will see the following setup wizard (or a similar looking wizard):
 
 
2. Click on the 'Next' button to proceed onto this part of the wizard:
 
 
 
3. Click Finish, and Outlook will load your new email account.
 
 
 
For Outlook 2016
 
1. Open Outlook. You will see the following setup wizard (or a similar looking wizard):
 
 
2. Click on the 'Next' button to proceed onto this part of the wizard:
 
3. Make sure that the 'Yes' option is ticked. After that, click the 'Next' button.
 
4. Microsoft Outlook should automatically detect the email server, and your user name. Ensure that the 'Use Cached Exchange Mode' is NOT SELECTED.
 
 
5. Click Finish, and Outlook will load your new email account.
